COTTAGE RULES AND GENERAL INFORMATION

Check out is 11:00 a.m. Please leave key on the kitchen counter when you leave.
- Please do not block driveway and do not park on the grass.
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. through 8:00 a.m. Please be respectful of other guests.
- Please do not put waste fats, tissues, or napkins in the toilet or sink drains.
- Please notify us if you need anything additional or if you notice anything broken.
- Outside lights are dusk-to-dawn. If the switch is in the “on” position, the lights will come on at dusk and will turn off at dawn.
- Extra blankets are in the bottom drawer of the dressers.
- The telephone and coin-op laundry facilities are in the first building.
- Telephone service is free for local calls only. You must use calling cards to make long-distance calls.
- Please bring tied trash bags to the trash house (located next to the Laundry building) on your way out.
- Please turn off television and lights when not in use.
- The operating instructions for the futon are attached to the back of the futon.
- Pets must be leashed when outside the cottages. Please be respectful to property owners and other guests. Pets must be walked in the field beyond the play field (past the last cottage) for their bathroom requirements. Do not let pets go to the bathroom in the public areas.
- We appreciate you leaving the cottages in the same condition you found them upon your arrival.
